In this role, you will be responsible for leading our fleet delivery team and managing the contracts in place for our fleet. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the safety, reliability, and value for money of our services. You will work closely with our suppliers to hold them accountable and drive exceptional results for our customers.

You will have a key role in inspiring and empowering our team to deliver top-notch services for our company. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve the reliability and availability of our services through analysis and utilisation of advanced technology.

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of UK Rail Passenger operations and experience in UK rolling stock engineering, including relevant standards and legislation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this role as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.
