It's exciting times at Avanti West Coast as we prepare for the opening of Crewe Depot. We have an exciting opportunity to join the newly created team as a Driver Assessor!

As a Driver Assessor you will be responsible for delivering driver assessments utilising practical rides, written exams, computer based assessment and driving simulator scenarios in accordance with company and industry standards.

We are looking for colleagues who:

• have been confirmed as Crewe depot Drivers

• have at least 3 years driving experience.

• have a professional driving record with good safety of the line history

• can demonstrate good employee qualities such as reliability, punctuality and smart appearance

• have good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

• have a positive relationship with the local management team
