Head of Employee experience – Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace!

As the Head of Employee Experience, you will be the driving force behind our mission to make Avanti West Coast a great place to work. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and driving cultural change. Leading a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on the organization, you’ll be part of something truly transformative.

This role can be based out of our Crewe, Birmingham or London Offices.

Key accountabilities include:

• Lead with Vision: Develop and implement a strategic approach to ensure people and culture are integral to all business discussions and decisions.
• Enhance the Employee Journey: Craft a comprehensive people experience that addresses the end-to-end employee journey and builds an employer brand we can all be proud of.
• Boost Engagement and Inclusion: Promote strategies that enhance overall employee engagement, communication, development, and inclusion.
• Inspire and Lead: Shape and support the Employee Experience team to be the “engine for change” and role models of our culture and values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate HR Leader: A senior HR professional with a key focus on employee experience.
• Expertise in Key Areas: Experience in Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion, and Talent Development.
• Proven Success: A track record of effectively implementing relevant interventions and programs.
