Are you ready to make a difference with your data skills? We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our performance data, provide meaningful insights, and drive improvements in our operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of data management, architecture, analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of railway operations and train service performance.
• Experience with data automation, AI, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
