Trading Performance Improvement Manager - Driving Revenue and leading innovation.

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive revenue growth? Join Avanti West Coast as Trading Performance Improvement Manager as we identify emerging opportunities, collaborate across departments, and continuously improve our revenue management practices!

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and capitalise on emerging demand and capacity to improve revenue performance.
  • Manage a team of three (a Reporting Manager and two Analysts) and collaborate with various departments including Customer Experience, Marketing Planning, and Distribution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the Revenue Strategy and Revenue Trading teams, and act as the shop front for Revenue Management.
  • Lead continuous improvement in revenue management practices and processes, ensuring up-to-date industry standards.
  • Deliver and analyse demand and revenue forecasts per day/route/class, providing actionable insights for various analyses and evaluations.
