Job description
Lead the Future of HR Technology: Join Avanti West Coast as our HRIS Manager and Drive Innovation, Efficiency, and Excellence in Human Resources.
As the HRIS Manager, you’ll be our go-to person for technical support, and guidance. You’ll play a key role in keeping our HRIS data accurate and supporting the daily operations of our HR department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead relationship with HRIS provider and collaborate with IT on system requirements.
- Continuously improve HR systems for business benefit and user-friendliness.
- Ensure effective management of employee data and information with stakeholders.
- Optimize HR Management systems to support operations and link technology, processes, and systems.
- Manage HR data, compile reports, and maintain records for Avanti West Coast and Group.
- Develop data analytics using Power BI to support business insights and decision-making

What sort of experience are we looking for?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systems.
- Knowledgeable in technical standards, deliverables, and systems analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Influential, motivational, and a natural networker.
- Experienced in Technical Project Management with People XD or similar HRIS systems.
