No day on the railway is the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Welcome Hosts play a vital role as the face of the station!  In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers experience memorable as they travel though our stations.

.What are the essentials of the job?

• Working with the On Board and Station teams to provide our Customers with a safe, relaxing journey in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.

• Communicate effectively with On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.

• Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring concise and accurate information is provided.

• Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers.

• Provide assistance and information  to customers use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problem.

Please note that this Role will be a Multifunctional Role and you will be trained in dispatch duties to support the station in it's safety critical duties as needed.

If you are successful you'll be placed in a Talent Bank. Various contracts available.
