Our stations team at London Euston are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Talent bank of Customer Service Assistants.

Here at Avanti West Coast, we are raising the bar on providing excellent customer service across the communities we serve. No two days on the railway are the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Customer Service Assistants play a vital role in keeping our customers safe at the station and play a big part in keeping the network moving seamlessly. In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers experience memorable as they travel though our stations.

 

This is an important role for us so we really need the right person. We don't just want someone who can answer questions, we want a team player who can help customers on their way with a cheerful smile.

Essentials of the role include:

  • Provide travel assistance, information and guidance to customers throughout the station including on platforms, concourse and all public areas.
  • Taking initiative in problem solving and providing reassurance to customers.
  • Ensure the safe and punctual dispatch of all services.
  • Keep colleagues and customers safe through completing safety checks on the station.
  • Be an ambassador for the company by going above an beyond for our customers.

Please note this is a safety critical position and you will need to pass a safety critical medical if successful with your application. Training will be provided. Please note, this role is Internal Only.
