In this role, you will not only train new starters but also play a key part in delivering and assessing apprenticeships. These programs enable our colleagues to gain nationally recognized qualifications and enhance their skills in English, Maths, and IT.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will oversee the entire training process for apprentices, coaching, mentoring, and assessing them against Level 2-3 standards in Customer Service and Transport Services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or working towards)
  • Occupational experience in a customer experience environment.
  • The ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
  • The ability to convert ideas into impactful results
