Job description

We are looking for a Lead Station Manager to join our team at London Euston Station

 

The Lead Station Manager will support the Customer Experience Manager to implement the organisational strategy through providing leadership and direction to the station teams and ensuring Key performance indicators are met.

 

We are looking for an individual with experience and passion for people management who can form strong relationships quickly. Will be accomplished in change management with an ability to monitor and successfully lead change within an organisation.

 

As a Lead Station Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Deputising for the Customer Experience Manger during periods of absence
  • Support the Customer Experience Manager in the effective and efficient service delivery for the region in line with the functional operational KPIs
  • Support the CEM in the application of robust absence management, coach and support new Station Managers within the region and support existing Station Managers to ensure the region is set up for success
  • Ensure the proactive management of a safe and on-time railway, creating a safety culture, focusing on continuous improvement
  • Establish clear performance and behavioural expectations, addressing issues in a consistent and timely manner
  • The efficient resourcing of your station team to achieve operational and customer service delivery whilst managing station budget.
