Your main objective will be to maximise the commercial benefits of our timetable, influencing timetable development based on customer demand. You will do so by identifying customer needs, and opportunities to improve resource allocation and increase profitability while effectively managing stakeholders across the business.

Another vital aspect of this role is to ensure our systems and processes are optimised to open services for reservations according to agreed timelines, and that our reservations systems are configured correctly. This will require strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skill.

 
But that's not all - you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our senior Commercial Leadership team to inform and develop our commercial revenue strategy for the next five years. This includes identifying new revenue streams and driving growth through strategic development of our timetable and our business

We are specifically looking for someone who is enthusiastic about tackling complex issues and has the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This individual must also have experience in leading a team and effectively engaging with directors and senior stakeholders.

Additionally, a strong understanding of timetable planning and opportunities, as well as the complexities of diagramming, is a must.
