- Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for website enhancements and report on performance.
- SEO & Accessibility: Ensure content is optimised for search engines and meets accessibility standards for a seamless user experience.
- Content Management: Oversee the homepage content calendar, ensuring it remains fresh and engaging while monitoring page performance.
- Testing & Collaboration: Develop an A/B testing roadmap, working closely with UX/UI designers and personalisation agencies to refine user experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Analytical and Organisational Skills: Ability to interpret data, manage a content roadmap, and align stakeholders effectively.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to deliver reports, presentations, and collaborate across teams.
- Content Creation & Management: Experience in copywriting, proofreading, and content strategy, including personalised content and UX/UI principles. Retail experience is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of SEO best practices, data analysis tools, and website accessibility. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Sitecore CMS is desirable but not essential.
- Experience & Qualifications: Background in stakeholder management, content strategy, CMS platforms, and agile methodologies. Experience in retail and personalised content creation is beneficial.
