We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Analysis Manager to lead our performance measurement and analysis team. This is an exciting time to join our business, where you will play a key role in enhancing our operational performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Performance Measurement and Analysis Leadership: Lead the performance measurement and analysis team, ensuring accurate delay attribution and high standards of data quality and integrity. Drive the advancement of our performance modelling, data measurement, management, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Data Quality and Management: Set and deliver high standards of data quality and integrity. Enhance data management practices to ensure reliable and accurate data is available for analysis and decision-making.
• Insightful Data-Driven Decisions: Cultivate data-driven decision-making across the business by providing meaningful insights and intelligence. Develop and implement strategies to leverage data for operational improvements and performance enhancements.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to report performance, influence key decisions, and support franchise profitability plans. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
• Advanced Analytical Techniques: Utilise advanced analytical techniques, including AI and predictive analytics, to enhance performance forecasting and modelling activities. Inform benchmark negotiations, target setting, and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the business and industry.

• Lead with Vision: Guide the performance measurement and analysis team, ensuring accurate delay attribution and high data quality standards.
• Advanced Analytics: Use your expertise in data architecture, Power BI, AI, and predictive analytics to improve performance forecasting and modelling.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to report performance, influence decisions and support profitability plans.
• Data-Driven Insights: Promote data-driven decision making by providing meaningful insights and intelligence for operational improvements.
