With expertise in leading service delivery teams, optimizing performance, and engaging with key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in our journey to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Lead the direction for train service delivery, aligning with our goals for growth, sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to service delivery teams for efficiency and improvement by developing leadership capabilities and promoting a high-performance environment across all team to foster growth
• Performance Optimization: Develop strategies to enhance punctuality, reliability, and customer experience, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence decisions and secure alignment with senior external stakeholders, including Network Rail and regulatory bodies.
• Incident Management: Oversee strategic responses to major incidents, ensuring effective decision-making and communication to minimize impact on customers.
• Innovation: Drive innovation in service delivery, adopting new technologies and best practices to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive Experience: Broad experience in strategic service delivery leadership within the rail industry or a similar transportation sector.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, operational standards, and safety compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional Skills: Strong strategic leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
• Relevant Qualifications: Relevant professional qualification in strategic management, railway operations, or a related field.
