The Resources team are an integral part of our success playing a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our services.

As a crucial member of the resources team, you will ensure our trains run smoothly and on time. From managing the day-to-day delivery of our timetables to resolving service disruptions, ensuring our crews and customers are moving seamlessly across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce efficient rosters within designated timelines, meeting business needs and safety standards.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with our frontline staff and depot teams.

• Foster a close working relationships with the Control team, regional teams and collaborate with the planning team around train diagrams, schedules and improving customer service.

• Implement effective measures to continually improve performance and reduce costs.

• Ensure consistency in documentation related to the resourcing of our services in the daily logs.

• Respond to incidents promptly and appropriately, following company protocols.
